Injection mold design
Our design bureau consists of highly professional designers and technical engineers with knowledge and experience accumulated over 30 years of injection mold design.
Based on the approved technical specification and schedule, the designer develops 3D models and mold drawings using the SOLIDWORKS application. Constant contact with the client is a part of this process.
Production of injection molds
Having technical documentation, we agree with you on the place of production where we will implement the project in metal.
Our leading production plant is Spetztekhosnastka Ltd., based in Ukraine.
They have everything to produce quality molds, from modern CNC machines for metalworking and injection molding machines to test new molds to an experienced workforce.
However, we have a network of proven mold manufacturers in Europe, and production can be located elsewhere at the customer's request.
Production of plastic parts and plastic packaging
In many cases, we do not only design and make injection molds. Our customers, trusting our expertise, outsource the production of plastic products to us.
